My approach is trauma-informed and combines cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) and music-integrated therapy (MIT).
The basis of my work is to create a safe space for you to tell your truths, help you identify your core challenges and setbacks and discover coping mechanisms and thought and behaviour patterns you can choose to change. Change is not easy or comfortable; however, when you are working with someone you trust, it is possible, less intimidating and empowering.
